Raffle, Silent, and Live Auctions:
We need all of our artists, writers, crafters, and others to step up and donate to these events. Without those who donate, we wouldn’t be able to present that “really cool Cardigan item” for bidding.
We’re looking forward to seeing all the “Wow” items that are donated this year. Raffle items need to be received at the show site no later than Wednesday, April 5, and Auction items by Friday, April 7. This allows for everything to be organized and set up for each event. And if you aren’t sure where your item will fit in, turn it in by Wednesday and we’ll put it in the appropriate venue.
If you aren’t able to attend, feel free to send your donations with someone to the site or ship to the following:

Shipped items do need to be received by March 21st.
It would be helpful if you could let us know if you are planning to donate so we have an idea on how to plan for tables and such.
