Welcome to the 2021 CWCCA National! We look forward to seeing you! The Welcome Table will be open daily at 9am beginning on Tuesday, and by 1 pm on Monday.
The Welcome Table will run a bit differently this year. We will have separate stations for you to pick up your various items, so there is no line to wait in. Stop at each station at your leisure throughout the week.
- Make your own name tag. We will have “I’ve been vaccinated” stickers available to use if you’d like.
- Welcome bags
- Pre-ordered raffle tickets. To make life easier for the raffle committee, please put your name and phone # on each ticket before the raffle on Thursday.
- Annual banquet wristbands. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost! If you would like, you can wait and pick them up later in the week, but no later than Friday.
- Pre-ordered catalogs.
- Treasurer’s table. There will be a limited amount of catalogs available for sale, $25. Additional raffle tickets are also available for purchase, 15 tickets for $10.
- Wearables orders.
The wristbands for the Monday evening Performance Banquet will be handed out at the door.
If you have a Saturday banquet ticket for sale, or you are looking for one, there will be a board available at the Welcome Table to list these.
