RV Parking

 

All reservations are through the CWCCA. Please do not call the fairgrounds.

Full hookup $50/night (Lot L & “the Pad”) Electric/water only $35/night (Lot U)

CWCCA National Specialty RV parking

  • RV reservations will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis, & holding spaces is not allowed. All spaces will be pre-assigned by the RV chair.  If you wish to park next to someone, both must make the request.  We will do our best to accommodate requests, but make no guarantees.

  • Closing date for RV reservations is Wednesday May 5th, 2021.  While we will continue to take reservations if there are spaces available, no refunds will be given after this date for cancellation of, or changes to, RV reservations.

  • Lot L (full hook ups) has some camping areas that are grass and some that are gravel; “the Pad” (full hook ups) is all asphalt, with a large grassy area to the north; Lot U (electric/water only) is all grass.

  • Show grounds will open at 6:30 pm on Sunday, May 30. No RV’s will be taken to their assigned spot before this time.  There is an event happening at the fairgrounds over the weekend and the CWCCA does not have contractual access to the grounds prior to this time.

  • ALL RV exhibitors are asked to check in upon arrival with RV Chair Diana Mann.

  • Campers will be directed to their spaces & offered help in getting properly parked by an Ozark Empire staff person.

  • Campers arriving before 9:30 pm on Sunday (May 30th) need to go to Gate 10. At 9:30 pm (on Sunday), Gate 10 will be closed & Gate 2 will be opened for campers to enter the grounds.  Gate 2 will then be the entrance for campers for the rest of the week.

  • There will be overnight security provided by the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds staff from 5 pm until 7 am each day that there is camping. Overnight security will be stationed at Gate 2.

  • Checkout time Monday through Saturday is 6 p.m. If you have not left by that time you will be charged for another night.  If you need to leave late or early, go to Gate 2. If the gate is closed the attendant is making rounds and will be back shortly.

  • All campers must have vacated the Fairgrounds by noon on Sunday, June 6th.

  • Open campfires are prohibited on the show grounds. Gas grills & charcoal grills are allowed.

  • As good neighbors, please keep all equipment, cars, etc within your assigned area. Dispose of all trash appropriately.  Please be courteous when parking – leave enough room for slide outs, awnings, vehicles, expens, etc.

  • If you are arriving during quiet hours, please be considerate of those who are already parked.

  • RV parking is a privilege extended by the CWCCA and the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds. They reserve the right to withdraw this privilege from any person(s) who feel they cannot abide by the rules or who resort to abusive language and/or other tactics, and will call a bench committee if necessary.

     

You must both Submit your registration and Pay before your reservation is complete.  If payment is not received within 10 days your registration will be cancelled.

Grooming will be in the East Hall and convenient to Lot L.  The rings will be in the West E*Plex Exhibit Hall. In case of emergency the Storm Shelter is in the building labelled “Annex”.

  • Lot U has 35 30 amp spaces, 4 50 amp, with water, all on grass, no sewer.
  • Lot L is on gravel and grass.  All with sewer, 39 have 50 amp, 3 have 30 amp only, 1 has either 30 or 50 amp.
  • The Pad is all 50 spaces, 50 amp, water, sewer.  All on pavement.  There are 12 spaces.
