Tour Bus Trips

Wednesday April 25, 2018

Columbia Gorge Waterfalls – $70 per person

 – Depart hotel at 1 pm.
 – Stop at a scenic viewpoint and one waterfall viewable from a short, 5-minute walk on a paved trail, though there is some up and down hill.
 – Stop at Multnomah Falls. Minimal exploration is currently possible due to last fall’s forest fires, but this is still worthy of a photo stop.
 – Return to hotel between 4 and 5 pm.

Explore Portland City Tour – $70 per person

 – Depart hotel at 1 pm.
 – Visit the Pittock Mansion, check out downtown highlights, take a peek at the famous Rose Garden (not yet in bloom), walk along funky North Mississippi St, and then pass through a few unique Portland neighborhoods on the way to a late afternoon stop at Mt. Tabor Park.
 – Return to hotel at approximately 5 pm.

Travel Advisory

A CWCCA member has reported that an attendee planning to fly to our Nationals via Alaska Airlines, whose website states not flying pets Apr 24-26, required a change of plans The report indicated that no pre-flight advisement will be forthcoming from the airline for others with similar reservations.

Due to privacy concerns, we cannot verify specific information but we strongly urge you to verify your flight arrangements in advance to avoid a travel day upset. We greatly appreciate the heads up.
